We only collect the personal data you provide to us directly, for example via the contact or reservation form on this website:

• Phone number
• The content of your message or request (e.g. a description of your furniture or a preferred date)

We do not collect any special categories of personal data (such as health or financial data), and we do not use tracking cookies or analytics software that follows your browsing behaviour.

Why we collect this data

We use your data only to:

• Contact you in response to your message or request
• Schedule an appointment or provide a quote
• Carry out our services as agreed
• Comply with legal obligations, such as our administrative and bookkeeping duties

Legal basis for processing

How long we keep your data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes it was collected for. Data from contact forms is kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact moment, unless a longer retention period is legally required (such as for invoices, which we keep for 7 years under Dutch tax law).

We never sell your data to third parties. Form data submitted on this website is processed via Netlify, our website hosting provider, which acts as a data processor on behalf of Frisse Gappies. We only share data with other third parties when necessary to carry out our services (e.g. bookkeeping software) or when legally required to do so.

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Only functional cookies necessary for the website to work properly are used.
